- Adhere to Quality Assurance Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures per Sika's Management Systems.
- Generate and release Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) promptly to meet sales and manufacturing needs.
- Distribute stock transfer schedules to relevant teams.
- Communicate STO priorities to warehouse and logistics teams.
- Provide weekly STO status reports and take necessary actions.
- Confirm raw material and packaging availability with the supply chain team.
- Monitor and communicate stock priorities to the Supply Chain and Operations teams.
- Seek approval for urgent STO requirements outside of distribution policies.
- Handle site purchasing requirements (Purchase Orders) for raw materials and packaging.
- Communicate with external vendors as needed.
- Monitor vendor supply performance and report to Supply Chain Management.
- Optimize inventory performance by analyzing stock levels.
- Share local manufacturing Master Schedules with the production team.
- Communicate local manufacturing needs to the Master Schedulers.
- Correct or report issues with master data or planning parameters in SAP.
- Identify and resolve workflow issues to meet customer expectations.
- Perform additional tasks as required by business demands.
Your expertise - Our strength
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a supply to demand environment.
- Knowledge of Purchase and Distribution Planning preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Proficient in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- APICS or similar professional certification preferred but not essential.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
- Capable of handling multiple projects or issues simultaneously.
